HP smart tank 530 - Manage HP ePrint Access for Additional Users
This document is for HP printers that support HP ePrint.
Use your HP Smart account (formerly HP Connected) to manage who can print
with your HP ePrint email address. By default, anyone who knows your HP
ePrint email address can send print jobs.

Sign in to HP Smart.If you have not set up an HP account, go to Setting Up an Account on the HP Smart Website.

Select your printer, if it is not already selected.

Scroll down to ePrint Access, and then click ePrint Access.

Select an ePrint Access option to manage additional users.

Open to Anyone (Default): Anyone one who has your HP ePrint email address can send print jobs.

Blocked: User email addresses not authorized to send print jobs with your HP ePrint email address.

Allowed: User email addresses authorized to send print jobs with your HP ePrint email address.

If you selected Blocked or Allowed, type the email address you want to add, and then click Add.

To remove an email address, click the Remove icon next to the email address.

How do I change the HP ePrint owner email address?
The HP ePrint owner email address is the personal email address you
used to set up your HP account. Update the HP account email address to
change the owner address.

Sign in to HP Smart, and then click the Account icon at the top of the webpage.

Select Settings, and then scroll down to Account information.

Select the Edit icon next to Primary email address.

Change the email address, and then click Save.

Repeat these steps to change the Username, if necessary.
What is a printer claim code?
The printer claim code is used to add a printer to an HP Smart
account, where you access additional services and settings supported
by your printer, such as HP ePrint, Instant Ink, or Print Anywhere.
You do not need a printer claim code to use
the basic functions of your printer, such as setting up, scanning, or
printing.
